Gambling in Slovenia is legal under the Law on Games of Chance (Zakona o igrah na srečo) from 1995 and all its amendments, the last one enforced in 2014. Articles 2, 10 and 53 from the law contain definitions of the games of chance that are legal in Slovenia, which are divided into classical (lotto, sports betting) and special games of chance (card games, table games, bingo). According to Slovenian gambling laws, minors, under 18 years of age are prohibited to participate in gambling activities.
