The All-in Diversity Project was founded by Co-founders Kelly Kehn and Christina Thakor-Rankin. Basically, the main idea of the project is to measure diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace throughout the betting industry on a world level. Subjects like internal policies, corporate governance, recruitment procedures, employment rules, equal pay, unconscious bias and marketing will be covered.
It will be a year-to-year update that comes in the form of a global index. With information taken from surveys and self-reports of each participating bookmakers, the global index can then be established and shared with each other. A project like this will encourage discussions, openness and transparency. As a result, the collective information and inside knowledge will help the community improve as a whole.
