Gambling Laws in Belize

Gambling in Belize is legal in all of its land-based variety. The Belizean gambling legislation is composed of various laws that regulate the gambling activities in the country and make all forms of land-based gambling in the country legally. Among them, a central place is taken by the Belizean Gambling Act from 1996 which legalized some forms of online gambling, as well as the Belizean Gaming Control Act Revised Edition from December 2000.
